Rabat – In a significant move to bolster digital education in Morocco, the Moroccan Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, in collaboration with technology giant Oracle, announced the official launch of a new online training and certification portal. This initiative, unveiled on Friday, aims to provide Moroccan university students and professors with free access to a diverse range of training courses and learning tools.

This effort is also a key component of the National Plan for Accelerating the Transformation of the Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation Ecosystem by 2030 (PACTE ESRI 2030).
Creation of “Code 212” Centers
A significant aspect of this plan is the establishment of “Code 212” centers within Moroccan universities. These centers will serve as hubs for digital education and innovation, further reinforcing Morocco’s commitment to nurturing a skilled workforce capable of thriving in the digital economy.
Diverse Training Programs and Professional Certifications
Leveraging Oracle’s expertise, the platform offers a wide array of resources and training opportunities. The new website indicates that the platform provides essential training on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, DevOps, APEX low-code development, and database services.
Additionally, the training portal covers end-to-end business processes for Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Experience (CX) Cloud solutions. For those interested in software development, the platform also offers training in Java SE for developing secure applications.
